ABOUT THIS TOOL

What Organize PDF pages helps you do

Put a document into the correct reading order and turn sideways pages upright. Drag thumbnails on desktop, or use the Earlier, Later and Rotate buttons with a keyboard or touch screen.

How to use it

  1. Select a PDF and review its thumbnails.
  2. Move, rotate or delete pages. Reset page order restores the original selection.
  3. Create a new PDF and check the result before downloading.

Input and output example

INPUT
Pages 1, 2, 3; move page 3 to the beginning
OUTPUT
A new PDF ordered 3, 1, 2

Supported formats and limits

  • Unencrypted PDFs only. Up to 10 files, 25MB per file, 50MB total and 200 pages. Files are processed in your browser; damaged or unsupported PDFs are rejected.
  • Page-copy operations may omit document-level bookmarks, attachments and interactive form behavior. Editing may invalidate digital signatures. Keep your original and check the downloaded PDF.
  • Word/Excel conversion and searchable-PDF OCR are not included. For English image OCR, export a PDF page with PDF to JPG and PNG, then use Image to Text.

How the result is calculated

Each Rotate action adds a clockwise 90° turn to the source page rotation. Deleting or moving pages affects only the new output document.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reorder on a phone?

Yes. Earlier and Later buttons move a page one position at a time without requiring a drag gesture.

Why can I not delete the final page?

A usable output PDF needs at least one page. Reset the page order to restore deleted pages.
