What Merge PDF files helps you do
Join separate reports, scans or assignment files into one PDF. Preview each page, move it with drag-and-drop or keyboard-accessible buttons, and remove pages you do not need before creating the combined document.
How to use it
- Select two or more PDFs, or drop them together into the upload area.
- Arrange the page thumbnails in the desired order. You can also rotate or delete pages.
- Create the merged PDF, open it to check the page sequence, and download.
Input and output example

merged.pdf with 3 pages in the displayed order
Supported formats and limits
- Unencrypted PDFs only. Up to 10 files, 25MB per file, 50MB total and 200 pages. Files are processed in your browser; damaged or unsupported PDFs are rejected.
- Page-copy operations may omit document-level bookmarks, attachments and interactive form behavior. Editing may invalidate digital signatures. Keep your original and check the downloaded PDF.
- Word/Excel conversion and searchable-PDF OCR are not included. For English image OCR, export a PDF page with PDF to JPG and PNG, then use Image to Text.
How the result is calculated
Pages are copied into a new document in their displayed sequence. Original page sizes are retained; the source files are not overwritten.
Frequently asked questions
Are PDFs merged alphabetically?
The initial sequence follows file selection order. The displayed thumbnail order is the final output order, so check and adjust it before creating the PDF.
Can I mix landscape and portrait pages?
Yes. Each page retains its original dimensions and rotation. You can add clockwise 90° rotations before export.
