ABOUT THIS TOOL

What Split PDF and extract pages helps you do

Pull only the pages needed for a submission, or split a document into one PDF per page. A page-range expression selects individual pages and ranges without printing or rescanning the file.

How to use it

  1. Select one PDF.
  2. Enter a range such as 1,3-5 using the currently displayed page numbers.
  3. Create one extracted PDF, or enable separate-page output to download a ZIP.

Input and output example

INPUT
6-page PDF; page range 1,3-4
OUTPUT
A 3-page PDF containing original pages 1, 3 and 4

Supported formats and limits

  • This tool accepts one source PDF at a time.
  • Unencrypted PDFs only. Up to 10 files, 25MB per file, 50MB total and 200 pages. Files are processed in your browser; damaged or unsupported PDFs are rejected.
  • Page-copy operations may omit document-level bookmarks, attachments and interactive form behavior. Editing may invalidate digital signatures. Keep your original and check the downloaded PDF.
  • Word/Excel conversion and searchable-PDF OCR are not included. For English image OCR, export a PDF page with PDF to JPG and PNG, then use Image to Text.

How the result is calculated

Page numbering starts at 1. Duplicate page selections are included once. Comma-separated segments preserve the order in which you enter them, so 3,1-2 produces pages 3, 1 and 2.
