Supported formats and limits
- Maximum input: 1 MiB of UTF-8 text.
- A blank line is treated as a line; deduplication may keep its first occurrence.
How the result is calculated
Deduplication preserves the first occurrence. Sorting uses English-locale Intl.Collator with numeric comparison, so Item2 comes before Item10. Reverse order flips the existing line order.

Does the original order survive?
Deduplication preserves first-occurrence order. Sorting replaces it with the selected comparison order.
Can A and a be treated as the same value?
Enable Ignore letter case to treat them as equivalent when removing duplicates.
